Meet Our Staff
Temple Beth El is a collaborative undertaking made possible by our dedicated and talented staff members. Meet our Temple staff, who work with clergy, lay leaders and congregation members to assure the smooth functioning of our Temple.
Karen Kagan, Office Manager
Karen graduated from Penn State with a marketing degree and worked in advertising in Manhattan and San Francisco. She has three grown children, all of whom attended Temple Beth El Religious School and grew up volunteering for Religious School and Temple events. Karen served on the Temple Board from 2009-2013 as VP of Education. In 2015, she started working part-time in the office and part-time as Religious School assistant, and within 6 months moved into a full time office position.
After being a very active volunteer for so many years, Karen has a soft place in her heart for volunteers and the kind of support they need from the office, and that became her mission. Starting her 7th year in the office and 4th year as Office Manager has only made her heart grow fonder for our congregants, who have become her extended family.

Stacy Seiser, Accounting Clerk
Stacy graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Master's degree in Communication. She and her husband have been members of Temple Beth El since 2011. Both of their sons attended TBE religous school and became Bar Mitzvah at TBE. They are now 19 and 16 years old. She spends time with her family and is in a bowling league with her 16 year old. Stacy is also a black belt in Taekwondo.

Bri Morris, Administrative Assistant
Bri's extensive background is in Security and managerial postilions in human resources. She has an Associate degree from FSW. Bri will be working on all our email blasts, social media, website, calendar, A/V, onegs and event planning. When she is not working she loves to golf with her grandfather and go for walks with her dog.

Gabriel Vega, Building and Grounds
Gabe joins us after a career with Chic-Fil-A working his way up to manager. He brings his excellent customer service and skills to keep the building running and think out of the box. Gabe and his fiance have 2 boys, the oldest attends the Learning Tree Preschool at TBE.

Allison Fego, Religious School Coordinator
Allison joined TBE in 2021 and has started her 3rd year as Religious School Coordinator, where both her children are students. She has overseen tremendous growth in the school and coordinates teachers, special events and curriculum. Allison, her husband Joe and children, Josh (11) and Abby (8) are often seen at TBE setting up for Religious School events and attending Shabbat Services.
