WE NEED YOUR HELP!
We are experiencing an ever increasing volume of people reaching out to us for food, resulting in a shortage of supplies in our Food Pantry! Many wonderful people and Jewish organizations donate regularly to the pantry, but our stocks are still low.
In order for us to continue this essential service to our community, we call on you at this time to make a donation to the pantry.
Items needed include:
* Canned tuna/sardines/chicken Pastas/rice
* Instant potatoes Pasta sauces/gravy
* Peanut butter/jelly Canned vegetables, fruits
* Crackers/cookies/sweets Soups
* Small condiments (mayo, etc.)
* Cereals
* Kidney/baked Beans Juices (small)
* Full-size soaps & toothpaste Boxed meals
Please:
• No pork or pork products
• No out-dated items
• No pre-opened items
Also, for example, one 60 oz. jar of jelly (i.e., from Costco) is not as useful as three 20 oz. jars. When you drop off your donation at the Federation, please give us your name so we can properly acknowledge your donation in the next L’Chayim. Thank you in anticipation of your help.
