Shabbat Worship Services
Temple Beth El celebrates Shabbat with joyous services. Members join together to sing joyful music that uplifts and excites our souls as well as experience traditional and meditative moments that connect us to past generations and our deepest selves.

Erev (Evening) Shabbat - Every Friday evening at 7:30 pm.
Torah reading and prayers from the Reform movement's prayerbook, Mishkan T'filah.

Prayers and lyrics are also projected on screens and via Zoom or Facebook Live: www.facebook.com/TempleBethElofFortMyers (- a Facebook account is not required). Please email the office for the Zoom link.

We encourage everyone to join on Zoom to participate as much as possible. Our Zoom participants can be projected onto our sanctuary screens to give a hearty "Shabbat Shalom" or occasional "mazel tov or "yasher Koach" (congratulations).

Following services, there is an Oneg Shabbat reception for all to enjoy.

Birthday/Anniversary Shabbats - Second Friday of the month at 7:30 pm.
Blessings for the birthdays of that month.

Good News Shabbat - Fourth Friday of the month at 7:30 pm.
Share joyful news with us so we can celebrate and thank God together.

Everyone, both in-person and online is invited to participate in all of our community building worship moments.

  Tot Shabbat
First Friday of the month at 6:00 pm.

Temple Beth El welcomes families with babies, toddlers and preschoolers. Together
with Rabbi Luna, we sing songs, pray, shake tambourines and maracas and have a fun
time. After services we join together for a delicious and informal pizza dinner where the
children gleefully run around the social hall.
